We are a women-owned talent management company passionate about supporting emerging artists to develop their craft and create opportunities. Our passion for local, independent music feeds our desire to champion our artists and ultimately the vibrant music community in Naarm. We are focussed on being on the ground and engaged in order to create fruitful connections that support our artists in finding their focus, place and success in the music. Our work celebrates diverse musicians across recorded and live production in cultivating distinctive, polished artist identities.

WHAT WE DO
We offer a wide-range of artist services as desired by each individual artist and developed from in-depth, thoughtful conversations aimed at creating a highly productive and supportive environment for establishing artists. Our roles include marketing, release campaigns, events management, booking, merchandise support, musical growth and recording management.
So Cold further supports artists through an ever growing network of graphic designers, photographers, cinematographers, audio engineers, songwriters and producers, merch producers and venues. We have a context-driven approach to curate an individualised service that is receptive and creative.
MEET THE TEAM
Caitlin Hansford
Co-FounderI grew up in rural NSW attending music however available. From 5, I learnt classical piano and cello, sang in choirs and conducted. I spent my gap year assisting on tours, catching the bug for live music and finding home behind the scenes. I took a short detour to study political science but I’ve found my way back!
Emma Rosado-Suarez
Growing up, my parents made experiencing live music a vital part of life. Attending gigs showed me early on that I wanted to be part of the process. My longterm love of Australian music drove my move to Melbourne from Canada. As the people close to me would say, all I do is go to gigs!
